Cooking a Large Quantity of Rice...Correctly

Asking some one to cook 80 qts. of anything who only has a residential
kitchen is a little demanding and I would have said so.

May be call around in your area church's who have full size kitchens
with commercial equipment, some around here will let you use their
facilities for small fee.
