Need a low fat Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
For a holiday party at work I was going to make these peppermint
frosted cupcakes from cooking light. The reviews say that the frosting is wonderful, but the cupcake's suck. I was looking for some low fat cupcake recipe that people have actually made. I want to make these tomorrow night. Please include nutritional info too. Thanks! Meloney http://food.cookinglight.com/cooking...e_id=15 59225 |

They are very good, though, very rich and chocolately. Nobody will mind that you didn't bring cupcakes. You can make them without the coffee powder, or use decaf. When I make them I bake them without the powdered sugar, and just dust a little on top afterward. That's even less calories.
