That looks more like matzo dough with a bit of leavener... in fact the finished product closely resembles matzo topped with a fercocktah lurid sauce. Blech! So sorry you may not appreciate my critique, but if it looked good I would say so. Sheldon |

I used to get the best pizza in the D.C area at this one Irish pub named Delaney's. Nothing went with beer as well as that pizza and I crave it whenever I drink beer now. I wonder how it is done? I also love chocolate coated matzos, in case you needed ideas of what to send me for Festimus? ![]() |

That's because the vast majority don't consider that pizza, and it's not... why would a restaurant prepare something they can't sell... I mean why go to a restaurant if what you really want is a saltine cracker topped with ketchup. |
