Pandora,

Thanks for the photo journals of pizza and focaccia!

Probably makes great frittatas too!

Thanks,

So sorry, but that is NOT pizza dough... main clue is pizza dough
cannot be rolled, not like it's a choice, pizza dough CANNOT be rolled
(as in NOT possible, not even with a ten ton steam roller)... it must
be stretched. That looks more like matzo dough with a bit of
leavener... in fact the finished product closely resembles matzo topped
with a fercocktah lurid sauce. Blech! So sorry you may not
appreciate my critique, but if it looked good I would say so.

My favorite pizzas are those with cracker thin crusts. And they're hard
to get in restaurants. I used to get the best pizza in the D.C area at
this one Irish pub named Delaney's. Nothing went with beer as well as
that pizza and I crave it whenever I drink beer now. I wonder how it is
done?
I also love chocolate coated matzos, in case you needed ideas of what to
send me for Festimus? )

That's because the vast majority don't consider that pizza, and it's
not... why would a restaurant prepare something they can't sell... I
mean why go to a restaurant if what you really want is a saltine
cracker topped with ketchup.

Is that stone preheated, Pandora? My personal pizza choice is browner
on the top and especially the bottom crust.
