The one with the roasted soy powder and mustard greens.

Anyone know a recipe for making this? My girlfriend is from Burma, and
I want to surprise her with it.

I have a mess of asian supermarkets in the area, can get any
ingredients needed.

If you want a much more complicated recipe than the one
nancree posted a link to, with ingredients you may not be able
to find, I'll type it up. I also have a less complex recipe
for the fried version. Neither contains mustard greens, but
they don't seem to be wseternized.
