For panettone are better paper stamps.

Tradition would call for a tall, straight sided cylinder shape though. At least that's what I gather from the versions I've seen. Hint from Heloise: If using a coffee can, line it with parchment. Poke a few holes in the bottom of the can to make extraction easier. -- Reg |

That's not a panettone pan, not with a hole. Some call it a "pan" but correctly it's called a "panettone mold/mould".
