For panettone are better paper stamps.

me the advice I was looking for and was able to purchase this pan at
Goldaskitchen.Thanks

No panettone I've ever had (made in Italy) has ever had a hole in it.

I have deep, fluted Charlotte pans - those would work, too, I would

Absolutely. Tradition would call for a tall, straight
sided cylinder shape though. At least that's what I
gather from the versions I've seen.

Hint from Heloise: If using a coffee can, line it with
parchment. Poke a few holes in the bottom of the can to
make extraction easier.

That's not a panettone pan, not with a hole. Some call it a "pan" but
correctly it's called a "panettone mold/mould". Panettone can be baked
in many variously configured styles but this is the traditional
panettone mold:
