My first No-Knead Bread!!
Proved to be a big hit on Christmas Day.
It was the "Irresistable Irish Soda Bread. http://allrecipes.com/recipe/irresis...ad/detail.aspx Made it the day before, and when it first came out it smelt 'wrong', but I persisted, wrapped it in foil and at Christmas lunch it was *delicious!!
