I'm sure 6 ragheads(their best shots) can shoot accurately enough to off an old man with very little pain or suffering. The Iraqis have a lot of experience with firing squads. Hanging now that's a different matter. How many over there have the expertise to do it properly? Done improperly at worst his head could separate from his body making a gruesome, albeit entertaining, display........at best his neck wouldn't snap cleanly & he would experience several minutes of profound agony while he slowly strangled, doing the "crappy flop". A gruesome, albeit entertaining display also. I say"let him swing" -- "War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself." Well, I'm sorry to say, but you are way, way off base. This war is about a number of things and oil isn't one of them. (He's got about 1 hour to live :-)
Saddam 'to be hanged at dawn' By Mariam Karouny in Baghdad December 30, 2006 12:14pm Article from: Reuters SADDAM Hussein will hang as the sun dawns over Iraq today, Iraqi officials said, setting a dramatic end for a leader who ruled Iraq by fear for three decades before a US invasion and his conviction for crimes against humanity. "They just called to tell me to be ready to attend the hanging at 5:30 am (13:30 AEDT)," said a court official whose presence is demanded by law. The execution was planned by 6 am, he added, although he did not know where it would happen. A senior politician in the Shi'ite Muslim majority behind Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said he would also attend: "It will take place by 6am," Bahaa al-Araji said. -- Peter Lucas Brisbane Australia 'Enjoy today, it was paid for by a veteran' http://www.beccycole.com/albums/vide...ter_girl.shtml |

Islamic worls lost access to the library after the Inquisition. Anyone with half abrain knows what a big loss that was. But instead of talking about that. let's talk about after WWII, how the region was created to be played. My point is "Don't act like you are a saint. By making the statement you made, do not pretend that you have no blood on your hand." That's all I will say since this is re.food.cooking group. |
