I'm on the phone with my ISP for about the 7th hour trying to figure out why
the "new DSL modem" is running at about 2400 baud and cussing enough to
cause the neighbors' some concern. Really, I'm fine, no one is beating me.
It's just a piece of crap equipment they said I needed to upgrade. No, I
don't need the police unless they can send someone to INDIA to deal with
this person on the other end of the phone. Oh, and to get them to stop
playing Zamphyr and his Pan Flute while I'm on
hold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRR.

ROFL, not at you, just that I can relate. You poor thing; I hope it gets
resolved soon.
