Default sick of food

This morning, I'm so full of it. Anything that resembles food sickens me.
Any proverbial remedy out there? Please I need help desperately...;-(

Cold beer, and plenty of it, and maybe some red wine thrown into the
equation as well.

Sounds like my perfect medicine. Pete, is it okay to overdose? This rite
of "one followed by another" is not an easy one to break...;-)

You only think you're sick of food. What you're really feeling is sick
of rich foods. Get back to basics. Think fresh, seasonal ingredients,
cooked simply. You're in a different season zone, I suspect, than me.
I'm in summer, rotten as it is here. If you're in winter, think
seasonal root veges, good quality meat cooked simply, tasty sauces or
gravy.

I agree. Eat light for a few days. Soup, fresh fruit and veg. Don't
force yourself if you don't want it, but don't starve yourself.

I think I'd skip the meat and gravy, myself. When I'm out of sorts,
vegetarian seems to work well for a while until things settle.

It's like the old saying.......

"I don't have a drinking problem. I drink, I get drunk, I fall down, I go
to sleep, no problem!!"

Or......

1 Tequila, 2 Tequila, 3 Tequila, floor :-)

Sure. Here's my $0.02 worth of advice. An easy diet to follow: don't
eat for the next 24 hours. After that, you can eat anything you want
and as much as you want, as long as you follow one rule: never eat on
an empty stomach.

So far I'm in my 18th hour and looks like your $0.02 worth of advice is
underpriced. I think this is the most logical remedy. Thank you very much.
