I searched Google for some simple Indian recipes, but I'm only getting
commercialized pages. Does someone know some good websites? What I did find suggests it's fairly involved. Simplified or Westernized recipes are okay. If there's no good websites, can someone recommend a book? Thanks |

If you're looking for dosas, iddlys or uthappams I'm afraid I can't help. Otherwise there are some very good books written by Madhur Jaffrey. I have two of her books and they are excellent. She goes a little beyond just stating recipes. Do an internet search on her and I'm sure you'll find something suitable. http://www.richardfisher.com |
