I've seen calves feet at the mexican market (Fiesta in Austin) but have
never bought them. I love to make pigs foot stock as it comes out very rich. Has anyone tried these? Is it beneficial to roast them first? -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |
