D and I had steamed broccoli, roasted zucchini with carrots, and
meatballs. I seasoned the meatballs with minced olives, chopped lemon
confit and pepper. They were pan seared and finished in an onion,
carrot (both of 'em diced), and mushroom sauce made with homemade
stock and a couple of dashes of Tabasco.
