Sounds yumm! I'm doing a center cut pork loin, with a marjoram, thyme,
rosemary, sage, salt and pepper crust roasted with apples and red onion.
I'll make a maple syrup/apple cider reduction with the drippings and
serve with ultra doctored up stove top and cider glazed sweet potatoes.
Apple kugel for dessert.
