Hon'

Why not just give in and become an omnivoire again?
Analyze our teeth. It's what we were meant to be. :-)

I'd say our diet here is approx 1/4th meat and 3/4 mostly fresh veggies.

Moderation and a happy medium is working well.

Are you on a very strict diet for health reasons or simply by choice? You
already said you started eating meat a few times a week to get the protein
so apparently you *can* eat meat, you simply don't. A lot of us avoid
excess salt and sugar. While I'm not a vegetarian I know a number of them
(from India, mostly) who eat butter (lots of ghee!) & cheese.

Three foods I'll never try; vegemites, marmites, and termites.
