Analyze our teeth. It's what we were meant to be. :-) I'd say our diet here is approx 1/4th meat and 3/4 mostly fresh veggies. You already said you started eating meat a few times a week to get the protein so apparently you *can* eat meat, you simply don't. A lot of us avoid excess salt and sugar. While I'm not a vegetarian I know a number of them (from India, mostly) who eat butter (lots of ghee!) & cheese. Jill |
