Thousands of people throughout the world are returning to the raw food
diet intended as the diet for all creatures on planet earth. Out of thousands of species on earth, only one species eats cooked food! We are actually in the minority. Which species has the most health problems? I'll confess that the idea of 100% raw food can be quite a change. It was for me a couple of years ago. But listen to your heart - doesn't it make sense? I'll let you in on a secret. There are some sacrifices. But over time the benefits get greater and greater, and the sacrifices grow smaller and smaller. Your tastes literally awaken - living food tastes so good! To get the benefits, you must have faith and hope to begin. To begin, you need the knowledge and skills in this Raw Food Diet ebook. You can read about the ten benefits of the miracle food Chia Seed. Chia gives you calcium, and builds energy. http://rawfoodyynw.blogspot.com/# |

If you're Christian or Jewish, remember that while Adam was given dominion over all living creatures, he broke the contract. If you are what you eat, raw foodist are poisoners. We even have restaurants (not many) that serve only raw food here in the San Francisco area. -- See return address to reply by email |

Every time we go to the bay I notice something else I have either never heard of, or never imagined eating. Funny though, we always seem to go to the same restaurants over and over once we find one we like. Cindi > -- > See return address to reply by email |

I'm certainly not going to tell you you aren't adventurous because I do the same thing. What I hate the most is going to a new restaurant with an *extensive* menu. It takes me way too long to decide what I want and I spend the rest of the meal thinking "I maybe shouldda ordered...." I think it's human nature. -- See return address to reply by email |

I think it's human > nature. Shew I am glad that in the city of unending dining possibilities, I am not the only one who finds a good spot, and just stops being adventurous. Maybe I fear being served something I can't identify. Or worse, that I can identify but don't like the results of the identification. I think it's about time for another trip to The House of Prime Rib or perhaps Scomas. My children can eat more food in one meal at those two places, than I can put away in three or four meals. If I go there, which is very rare - I'll eat at the one in Sausalito. For seafood, I'd rather go to pier 39 and eat at Pier Market. >My children can eat more food in one meal at those two >places, than I can put away in three or four meals. Have you tried North Beach Restaurant in (where else) North Beach? There are a bunch of good restaurants ringing Washington Square. -- See return address to reply by email |

We always try and make reservations a few weeks in advance since often the whole family goes and that 17 people in total. They don't take reservations for that large a party on the weekends typically. Going when it is just the five of us is a little easier to get in, but vertally not a walk in. > >>or perhaps Scomas. > > Scoma's isn't high on my list because you need to take out a bank loan > first and IMO the food is barely mediocre. Since I haven't lived here very long, we took the recommendation of my parents and were relatively pleased when we went for my hubby's birthday. > >>My children can eat more food in one meal at those two >>places, than I can put away in three or four meals. > > Have you tried North Beach Restaurant in (where else) North Beach? > There are a bunch of good restaurants ringing Washington Square. No haven't ever been there so I need to add that to our list of places to try. We don't go to SF as often as I would like though we have neighbors who commute to the bay every day for work, I think of 10 miles as damn near too far for a commute anymore. But that's just me. We have found a couple of restaurants here in Modesto that are really exceptional. We seem to be inundated with "chains" here though and so I would usually rather just eat at home most of the time. Thanks for the suggestion. Cindi > > -- > See return address to reply by email |

We stay in the neighborhood to eat most of the time instead of going to North Beach or downtown because we want to support local businesses. >Thanks for the suggestion. > No problem. -- See return address to reply by email |
