Lemon Blast -- airing 2/3 at 11:00 am

Today’s show has a bit of a zing because it’s all about
lemons. Every menu item has lemons, lemon zest, lemon
olive oil, you name it — and it makes Sandra’s recipes
mouth-watering. First up, a recipe that makes brulee so
simple. It’s Sandra’s Lemon Pudding Brulee with Blueberries.
Then it’s a soothing and steamy Lemon Chicken Soup. The
main course is a savory Lemon-Herb Butter Basted Chicken.
The chicken goes perfectly with a side dish of Lemon
Garlic Broccoli. Last, it’s cocktail time! Sandra’s
stirring up a cool Lemon Cream

Leave it to SLop to take a flavour and beat it to death and then pound it
six feet into the ground. Anyone care to hazzard a guess as to how many
containers of Minute Maid frozen lemonaid concentrate she'll use?

Money Saving Menu

Sandra is looking out for your purse strings, and
she creates a menu that’s inexpensive and super
delicious. A few pre-packaged ingredients here and
there can really cut down your grocery bill. The
menu starts off with a bang — Beer Beef Fajitas —
that brings cocktail time a little earlier. She
creates her side dish, Smoky Spanish Rice, without
overspending. Next se creates a simple and scrumptious
dessert — Apple Raisin Betty, plus a Tropical Granita
that’s sweet, icy, and so much fun to make. Then
it’s cocktail time with a special Pineapple Fresca.

That's because she needs the money for booze and tablescapes.

I'm going with 5. And she'll dirty every pot, pan and utensil in the
kitchen in the process.

And even without seeing the show, I bet the kitchen will be decorated in
yellow and she'll haul the big yellow kitchenaid mixer out of that
pantry of hers....
