Default Baking times for various sized containers

I'm learning how to use my new convection oven, and had several very
ripe bananas hanging around the house. I hate loaves of quick bread,
and usually make a flat pan, 9x9 or 9x13. Today, I was reorganizing
my baking cupboard, and found 4 mini-muffin pans that were my Mom's.
And there were also some paper liners for them. Must be meant to be!

Mixed up the batter, filled those puppies to the brim, and got 36
muffins out of it. This is good. Set the shelves to the recommended
slots, and popped a pan on each shelf. Could have put in 6 trays.

Original time and temp for the loaf pan is 350 for an hour. For a
flat pan, I usually do 30-35 minutes. Muffins, 25, so I did these for
15.

Does anyone know of a chart that gives exact times for stuff like
this?

I also have mini-loaf pans I could have used, but those I usually use
for gift giving.
