Default Tonight's London Broil

Tonight's dinner was London Broil using grassland feed beef.
It was marinaded in soy sauce, red wine, and a healthy splash of olive
oil to which was added some garlic, shallots and fresh ginger.

While the meat was marinading I mixed up some purple, russet and yukon
gold potatoes with some onion, carrots and garlic in some olive oiI.
Then sprinkled it all with some freshly ground black pepper and
seasoned salt.

The veggies were really good.

And the garlic was sweet and smooth

The London Broil came out of the broiler looking just beautiful.

However, grassland feed beef is easy to overcook, which I did, but it
was still delicious.
I did better this time than last. Next time 'twill be better, if not
perfect. ;-)

Guess which side spent the most time near the broiler.

Don't read rfc while broiling.
