Default Looking for recent article with Lobster Chowder recipe

Sometime in the last couple of weeks, I read an article about how
someplace in the north east North America (Maine, Nova Scotia that
sort of place) where they would use lobsters in chowder and other
homely dishes.

I've lost it. I can't find a link to the newspaper article (or maybe
it was a magazine?). I've searched back 12 pages of a google search
for lobster chowder recipe, and can't find anything that looks like
where I might have found it.

The reason (since I don't eat crusteaceans) is that a friend is
looking for a recipe to use some lobsters that fell into her lap, and
I recall thinking that the recipe in the article would be great with
my usual substitutions.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? There are lots and lots of recipes
on the web, but I'm looking for that specific one.

TIA
