Default Sticking frying pan

Hi
I've a Le Creuset frying pan. It's the cast iron one with the black inside.
I was told it's not non stick but you season it and it becomes so. Worked ok
to start with but now it sticks when frying eggs. Is it me?
Cheers
BB

Did you wash it?
Seasoning it will help to prevent sticking, but scouring and using
detergent will ruin the seasoning. Instead of washing it with soap, as soon
as you are done cooking, rinse it out and rub with with brush or plastic
abrasive pad but no soap.

I just watched "How Clean is Your House" on BBC America. The host
showed these people how to clean a very stained, rusty wok by using a
potato with a bit of dish soap. She said to then add a bit of
vegetable oil before putting it away. I don't know what the potato
does and I don't know how helpful it would be with this frying pan.

Definately no washing up liquid. As Dave says a mild abraisive and
some water. You probably have to completely re-season the pot now.
You won't have harmed it though.

If you reseason it it'll be fine... and when you've used it and
cleaned it, wipe it out with a little vegetable oil to make sure that
it stays nicely seasoned...

Thanks for all the feedback.
On the wok point I finally managed to find a plain steel one again.
Seems non stick is everywhere.
Seasoned it and have no problems.
