Blue Cheese Bacon Dip

appetizers

7 bacon slices
2 garlic cloves; minced
16 oz cream cheese; softened
1/3 c cream
4 oz blue cheese; crumbled
2 tb chives; chopped
3 tb walnuts; chopped
---Grape Cluster Garnish---

Preheat oven to 350F.

Cook chopped bacon until crisp. Drain bacon, set aside. Add minced
garlic
to skillet and saute 1 minute.

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until smooth.
Add
cream beating until combined. Stir in bacon, garlic, blue cheese and
chives. Spoon mixture evenly into 4 one cup ramekins.

Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and serve with
grape
clusters and assorted crackers.
