Mitchell on July 15, 2000: Here you go; I'm sorry that I don't remember who originally posted this: This is from the LA Times: How To Make Cookies From Any Cake Mix 2 eggs 1/3c oil 1 tsp vanilla extract or other flavor to match cake mix 1 (2 layer) package cake mix Lightly beat together eggs, oil and extract. Add about half of cake mix and beat by hand till smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix till well blended. Drop cookie dough by rounded teaspoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes or till bottoms begin to brown (centers will be soft). |
