<grin> I gave two of the bread bowl loaves and one of the one-pound
loaves to Sandy * we're 3/4 of the way through one of the one-pound
loaves here (awesome toast with a bowl of soup * or not) and all else
was in the freezer by 9:45 p.m. last night. I'm so grateful that I went
along with the idea for lunch since I'm not usually really wild about
sourdough -- you and I discussed that. This is wonderful and I thank
you so much for putting me on to it.

We're having dinner with Steve tonight and I'm thinking about giving him
one of the loaves. We'll see. :-) Will probably give him a couple of
the fresh tortillas I brought home, too.

Well, I missed out on the tortillas :-( but the Boudine is awesome.
It _does_ make great toast and it's even good by itself. (I do need
to buy some butter, though.) Thanks, Barb -- and thanks, Dimitri,
for talking her into buying some.
