I have large pot that's 18/8 stainless that I cleaned with Bar
Keeper's friend yesterday. Today there's what looks like a powdery film on the inside of the pot. If I rub my fingers along the buttom the pot leaves a greyish film on my fingers. I've tried washing the pot several times, boiling water in it, rubbing rock salt in it to no avail... the film is still there. Any ideas what's going on? Is Bar Keeper's friend too strong for 18/8 stainless? ~john |
