That's about how I do my eggs if I do them in the microwave. I don't cover them, but I think I should. A wet paper towel sounds like a good idea. I salt, pepper, and Tabasco the egg before I microwave it. The egg comes out cute and round and it just fits on an English muffin. Tara |

In the US it's big in New Orleans and other southern places, but even in the North it's celebrated in bars, nightspots, etc. St. Louis has a big celebration (STL is actually southern) with it's Soulard Mardi Gras, another poster previously mentioned Philly... > nancy (forgot to put the cat's Mardi Gras beads on her, darn) > Well, do it anyways, then post the pictures... ^..^ -- Best Greg |

Sounds yummy! Dinner at work tonight will be the usual Romaine salad with tomato, sliced black olives, bacon bits, maybe some shredded chicken meat, and some fat free Ranch I finally made up using fat free sour cream and Hidden Valley Ranch powdered dressing mix. Comes out a bit too salty/strong following the package recipe so I double the amount of sour cream. 2 pints sour cream to one packet of HVR dressing mix, whisk and dump back into the sour cream cartons for storage. ;-d The Banquet Chicken Pot Pies are a bit skimpy on the meat, but at $.43 each... it's cheap eating and the flavor is good. We only eat those about once per year or so tho'. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |
