![]() Hmmmm interesting...wouldn't you say. This turned out wonderful and it was easy and on the table in no time with minimal fuss. Not many dishes either ... always a plus point. Lightly spray a cooking sheet (or baking pan) with vegetable cooking spray. In a shallow bowl yogurt and garlic in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients except chicken. Dip each piece of chicken in yogurt mixture, then roll it in bread crumb mixture. Put chicken pieces in baking pan. Lightly spray top of chicken with vegetable cooking spray.
