Apparently it's not old but it has so great and easy recipes that I
suggest you guys to go and visit it - I followed strickly what they
said and they are giving a description pretty accurate of waht you
should or shouldn't do and where to find the products.

The 4 Cheeses Quiche

The quiche is always the same basis (eggs and pie shell) - In this
recipe I will just change and give you advice to compose with cheeses
only.

Ingredients :

4 eggs
1 cup half-&-half
½ cup real mayonnaise

3 ounces cut chaumes Cheese
3 ounces Doux de Montagne Cheese
3 ounces Champignon Cambozola
3 ounces Pecorino romano Cheese
1(9-inch) unbaked pie shell


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350F. Hand whip eggs, half....find out the end

As the blog has a reference in the first recipe to a website using the
same domain that you sent your email from, it can't have been that
difficult to have found the blog I suspect !
