Check out the metric system. A wieght [sic] of 168cm sound serious.

There is no food or diet that will help you.
The only effective treatment for you is
psychotherapy. You need it, and you need
it soon -- otherwise you will die.

5 & 1/2 feet and about 80 pounds?

If nothing else dont let idiots like the below give you medical advice,
dont get medical advise over the net.

You seem to be about 50 pounds under "ideal" weight, are you a small,
medium or big build person, endo, ecto or mesomorph?

By the time i was 19 i was 6 feet 1 inch and couldn't get over 120
pounds no matter how much i ate, i tried supplements and other fad diets
to gain weight with no success, i had a very high metabolic rate but
after my 30th b'day this hyperactive metabolism slowed down, and at one
point i ballooned up to almost 250 pounds, to eventually settle into the
190 - 195 range for the last 10 years or so.

You do not say if you suffer from any other physical ailments, illness,
disabilities, what your economic situation is, whether you have easy and
routine access to health care.

Maybe your just one of those skinny types that never gain weight? I was
for many many years i could eat anything and not gain weight.
