Made some garlic mayo to dip steamed artichokes in.......I generally
use about half olive oil, half canola when i'm making mayo. I was low on canola so i used about 3/4 c olive oil and a couple ounces of canola. It seemed fine at dinner last night.....but this morning in the fridge, I've got the perfect mayo for St Pattie's Day! It's a lovely shade of olive-oil green. Dare me to eat it anyways? =) |
