Default Double Muchroom balsam pear pieces

Making Year£º2001

Specification£º68*68cm


Materials : 150 grams of balsam pear,100 grams of mushrooms, 100
grams of golden mushrooms, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil
adequate.

Procedure£º

(1) Chop the balsam pear and ginger into pieces

(2) Macerate the rushroom and soft then chop it into pieces, cut the
end of the golden mushrooms than clean them.

(3) After fired the ginger,adding balsam pear,stay of proceedings and
salt, fired them together until they are become soft.

(4) Fired golden mushroom together, adding seasonings cooked ready-to-
eat.

Effectiveness : mushrooms can be grown in lowering cholesterol; balsam
pear are rich in cellulose, which can reduce fat absorption.

I try not to macerate too often. It is supposed to cause blindness!

I'd have to try it to see if I like mushrooms and pears together.

It's not pears (as in Bosc, D'Anjou, etc.). Balsam pear is another
name for bitter melon, very commonly found in Asian grocery produce
departments.
