Making Year£º2001
Specification£º68*68cm Materials : 150 grams of balsam pear,100 grams of mushrooms, 100 grams of golden mushrooms, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil adequate. Procedure£º (1) Chop the balsam pear and ginger into pieces (2) Macerate the rushroom and soft then chop it into pieces, cut the end of the golden mushrooms than clean them. (3) After fired the ginger,adding balsam pear,stay of proceedings and salt, fired them together until they are become soft. (4) Fired golden mushroom together, adding seasonings cooked ready-to- eat. Balsam pear is another name for bitter melon, very commonly found in Asian grocery produce departments. http://www.foodreference.com/html/art-bitter-melon.html The combination, though, sounded good enough to me to "clip" the recipe. sd |
