Default Frozen veggies

I thawed some frozen veggies (Broc, cauli, carrot medley), sauteed
with some garlic, splashed with House of Tsang peanut sauce, and
sprinkled with some toasted sesame seeds. Delish. The whole family
loved it.

You've got that right! If you can't buy them fresh in season frozen is the
only way to go. I was just surprised the OP thought they'd really
accomplished something by heating up frozen vegetables.

Well, I guess we all start out as beginners. Maybe the breakthrough was
the jar of Thai peanut sauce in this case. Exploring new flavors and all
that. Nowhere to go but up, now.

LOL I don't have to have a TJ's in order to buy that combination of frozen
vegetables. Heck, he probably paid too much for it.

Have you tried the SteamFresh ones? They're almost as good as fresh, and
much better than most frozen vegetables.
