Default Salsa maker/food chopper

FYI, I noted there were quite a few prior messages about people
looking for a non-electric portable chopper, although there are alot
of "copy-cat" ones available (especially from overseas non-US), the
guy who's traveled to county fairs forever, all over the country has a
website online, Bradley Leyman, he's modified the chopper alot (now it
can use regular beaters to mix cake batters, etc.), his portal/site is
thesalsamaker.com
