100% "no" at the moment.

One time, we went to a hamburger joint (they do sell veggie burgers)
and two little hippy/punk kids were sitting there eating their
burgers. They had brought their own Vegenaise (vegan mayo-like
stuff). Even *I* thought that was weird, and I love the stuff.

An ex-BF of mine would take his own Tabasco to a restaurant (just in
case) - he liked it with his oysters ... Mind you that was 15 or so
years ago, dunno if he still does

I tell ya, if there was something along those lines that
I wanted and the restaurant didn't offer, I'd bring my own.
A little bottle of Tabasco sauce, why not?

Why not... anything to encourage him swallowing those oysters so long
as you received the benefits thereof. hehe

Oh dear, I'm in the minority. I like mayo on my burger and some
places don't have it. So occasionally I'll take a packet out of
the fridge if I know we'll be eating roadside...

Funny this question came up as I was just teasing a friend of mine.
Everytime she pulls her wallet etc out of her purse a taco sauce or two
falls out. Her response "WHAT?! I like it and need to have it ready for any
restaurant I end up at."

Whenever we go up to Mayo Clinic, my husband always brings along his
favorite bottle of hot sauce in case we end up eating Mexican - or just
about anything, for that matter. He usually keeps a bottle or two in his
car, anyway. I don't know how he has taste buds left.

Well, we don't take condiments along but DH has been known to lug in a
bottle of Diet Pepsi. Most restaurants carry Coke (monopoly??) and he
doesn't care for Diet Coke. Doesn't bother me one way or the other.

That's 'cause you are smart. :-)
TOO many places have that nasty Miracle Whip stuff instead of Mayo!

I often end up taking a sandwich home due to that.

Where does one purchase mayo packets? I can steal them from work, but I
honestly don't like to do that.
