Lately when Emeril screws up, he explains that when this happens, "You don't
have to call 911!" Is he referring to another cooking show? |

I forget which episode, but Alton Brown goofed a bit on Emeril in one episode a while back. I think maybe it was the tomato sauce episode. He put something (chili peppers) into the mix "for a little...well...bam." Then made a face like, "Sorry..." -- Darryl L. He had another episode where he was locked up with his crew holding him hostage after thanksgiving and he had to come up with turkey leftover recipes to make them happy... anyway, at one point his mom showed up "Emeril brought me in his helicopter" and he was all upset 'cos HE didn't have one. ![]() -- Siobhan Perricone "To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt, 1918 You have a choice: www.deanforamerica.com Feel free to contact me about him, he was my governor and "boss" for 10 years. The best one was when the guy in the brewing-supply store bammed at him. Brown didn't really have a comeback. --Blair "Blammo!" |

I've heard him do that, and I thought he was referring to "Food 911," a
Food TV show in which the host tries to help guests with cooking problems. -- Sylvia Steiger RN, homeschooling mom since Nov 1995 http://www.SteigerFamily.com Cheyenne WY, USDA zone 5a, Sunset zone 1a Home of the Wyoming Wind Festival, January 1-December 31 Remove "removethis" from address to reply |
