Funny thing is, my SO hates fish that smells or tastes like fish, but
she'll wolf down a whole fillet of tuna done as above!!

Maybe because it looks like rare beef?

Haven't tried it myself yet, but will be doing so soonish.

Level of difficulty? Zero.

The most difficult part will be getting all the ingredients together!!
