Mad Panic!!! Forgotten PotLuck
Well I totally forgot tommorrow is the office potluck....So I quickly ran
off a version of Barb's rhubarb custard cake; except I used manderain orange sections and pineapple chunks ; just prior to cooking poached eggs on toasted kiaser buns with melted cheese for supper. 4 eggs poached, 2 buns, some cheese and a little mayo (to butter the toasted bun halves before putting on the cheese to melt). |
