Default I have the best husband!

I was _not_ thinking when I started making dinner tonight. cooked
some rice, steamed some cauliflower, was thinking of gefilte fish
until I found some spinach and chickpeas left over in the fridge.
Saved from serving a plain white meal. Added some edamame. Sauteed
an onion, found some duxelles hiding in the back of the fridge, so
threw those and the onion into the rice.

Husband raved about how good the rice was. And kept raving. Didn't
think rice with sauteed onions and some reduced mushrooms would keep
him going so long.

He's such a sweetie!
