Did you notice that tiny pic now has another link option listed.
They call it "Direct link for layouts" and it doesn't have the bracket image garbage. The link is just as shown below. I bought some nice Italian sausage and some stuffing mushrooms. Toasted some sourdough bread to make some bread crumbs to which I added some coarsely chopped basil http://i4.tinypic.com/63kelpu.jpg Cooked the sausage off with a chopped up mushroom and the stems. Then deglazed the pan with some vermouth. Then cooked that until the juices were about gone. http://i10.tinypic.com/6ak1a2s.jpg Got everything ready for stuffing http://i1.tinypic.com/4l778zr.jpg I crammed as much in those babies as I could ;-) and topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese http://i7.tinypic.com/5y7xurk.jpg They were really delicious, and not in the least overcooked. The mushrooms still had some body to them, just like I like. mmmm http://i9.tinypic.com/6fr74go.jpg Koko --- http://kokoscorner.blogspot.com "There is no love more sincere than the love of food" George Bernard Shaw |
