I remember a macaroni and cheese dish that I had many years ago that
was given to my mother-in-law. I failed to get the recipe but this is how it looked. It was cooked in a soufle dish and the macaroni and cheese was baked on the bottom and on top of that was a delicious custard layer about 2 inches thick. Does anyone have a recipe like this. Thanks, Helen |

Thanks, Helen Sounds like a vegetarian version of pastitsio. I don't have a recipe like that, but that's where I'd start looking. Bob |
