No, it's not at all scarce.

with prices starting at $8.14. Although some these
listings are duplicates, that's still a lot of copies
of this book, at very low prices.

I have a copy of this book myself, and it does have
many good pictures of the industry at that time.
It also has interesting bits of information you won't
find in other books on the subject.
