Except for that little annoyance : "must be a US resident". I guess
paying taxes to the US ain't enough, and taxes without representation
no less, which puts me in the same boat as residents of DC.

That is clearly discrimination...of course, I don't really care, just
pointing it out because I'm bored right now.
