Your hypothosis in the post, which I left that bit in the quotes, indicates you believe everyone should know their potatoes, and Tony is a buffon because he didn't id them. So the question to you was, what type of potatoes are they? You then totally ignored that challenge and tried to deflect the attention from yourself back on to Bourdain. So again, what type of potato are they oh great wise sage of potatoes. |

Bourdain is a "professional chef" who wrote books proclaimng his expertise in cooking, but can't identify the type of potato he is serving in his own restaurants. You could figure it out if you could learn to read and think above a 9- year old's mentality. Why can't you read it for yourself? It is in his books. Do you have a sense of entitlement that requires everyone on Earth to pander to your needs? |
