I just bought an 8-oz ball of fresh mozzarella and it had holes in it
like swiss! I've only purchased fresh moz a few times before. I'm not sure if it is normal. It tastes ok, but not great, a little tang to it. here is a pictu http://bpowah.googlepages.com/holycheese any thoughts? am i gonna have a tummy-ache? |
