Default Chinese Chicken Kebab

I was thumbing through this week's (USan) /Time/ magazine today over
some kung pao chicken, and ran across a photograph of the floor of a
huge Chinese processing plant that makes shish kebab. The caption noted
that that facility alone uses *330,000* chickens a *day*. Holy crap.
