.... and as long as there's money to be made and politicians willing to
look the other way, there won't be any de-crooking at all. Seems to me
there's very little being done by governments to deal with this stuff;
there's been a lot of excuse-making and statements to the effect that
doing anything about the problems will cost too much, but that's about it.
