I'm stir frying apple slices in a little butter/brown sugar/cinnamon,
with chopped walnuts and raisins. . .But I need to walk my dog first.
My American Eskimo has so much "junk in his trunk" it's
embarrassing;-)

Muffets with whole milk, some raspberries and a little demerera sugar. The
espresso machine is warming up so I can have my morning latte, and a piece
of toasted Calibrese bread with strawberry jam.

I have a little cannister that has the combination of brown sugar,
cinnamon, chopped walnuts and raisins already combined and stored.
So, all I need do is peel and slice a couple apples, throw a little
butter into a pan, toss some of the contents of the cannister, in with
the butter, heat until a nice syrup has been created, and toss in the
apples, until they are done to my liking.

If I'm not in the mood to peel apples and slice them, I'll usually
grab bananas and slice in half lengthwise, and once again crosswise.

It really isn't that much work, once you have that little cannister of
ingredients going for you;-)

I had Steinys smoked bacon, topped with sliced roma tomatos and a smidge of
roasted garlic aoli, on toasted Helgas Soy and Linseed.

This is why I go out for a Bojangles Biscuit on mornings like this!
But I really should have orange juice and fruit.

Breakfast burritos and watermelon. It was yummy!

Speaking of dogs, we had our "Blessing of the Animals" at church on
Sunday, and I saw sooooo many adorable dogs. I would love to have a dog
but I travel too much. The cats probably wouldn't like it, if I brought
a dog home.

Heh!

I need to get into the walking habit. Obese little Short Stuff (Pembroke
Corgie Chelsea) could use it and so could I... <g>

I've not done nuked "baked" apples in awhile. Dad really likes them.
