I just updated my Webshots album of notable dinners... here's a few
from last month that I never got around to sharing yet.

Breaded pork chops and rice with black beans - the first time I've
ever made breaded chops... I put them in a ziplock bag and hit them
with the knife sharpener for want of a more suitable implement, then
crumbed them in seasoned crumbs and quickly fried them. Delicious and
so easy! This goes into the regular rotation...

Stir-fry chicken noodles - I used fresh noodles and a bag of pre-cut
stirfry vegetables, both from the refrigerator cabinet in the grocery
store. The noodles came with 'sweet and sour' seasoning, but I put
that in the bin and made my own with honey/soy/ginger. It was very
quick to prepare and highly edible. Next time I'll add some sesame
seeds for contrast... (I know it's better to fix your own veggies, but
I was in a hurry...)
