Hi
I made some cereal bars, and the freezer gets them to -18C no problem, but theyre not frozen solid. Are they safe to store long term if at -18 but not frozen? These arent dry bars, they contain orange jiuce, and would not keep at room temp. Thanks, NT |

Orange juice would certainly freeze at that temp. Andy |
