Default Mid week break

DH and I decided to take a mid week break, so we took the 54 mile
round trip drive for a nice dinner.

I had the gorgonzola salad with walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette
dressing. There is usually more gorgonzola on the salad than there was
tonight, but it was still delicious.
The garlic bread was better than usual.

DH had the rigatoni with meat sauce. It was very good without being
over-sauced. The pasta sauce was not overwhelming. It was a good
blending of all the ingredients.

I had the linguine in white clam sauce, one of my favorite dishes.

Nice pieces of clams in a delicate sauce.

The Monsoon time of the year gives you exciting and fierce storms and
beautiful skies.

Full tummy, drink in hand. All is well.
