Default Opinions of Hubert Keller/Secrets of a Chef?

Just discovered this program on PBS a couple of weeks ago. He does three
dishes a program, one of which seems to be a burger.

Personally, much more interesting than most of the Food Network offerings.

I wish I could get it. Right now I subscribe to Dish local (Wash. D.C.)
channels which include 3 PBS channels, however, the 'good' PBS cooking
programs are on their PBS digital and HDTV channels. Really ticks me off.

Thanks, tho, because I looked to make sure we didn't get it.
